Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and sent due to high volumes of orders.

UNTRACKED International Shipping
Please note that UNTRACKED International Shipping does NOT come with tracking and takes a lot longer than standard shipping! We wanted to provide a cheaper shipping option for everyone, however, this will mean that shipping will take 1-3 months.
It is the customer's choice whether to choose tracked or untracked shipping. We are NOT responsible for any lost or unreceived mail after it has left our office so please proceed with UNTRACKED International Shipping with caution.
We unfortunately do NOT offer refunds for lost/unreceived mail if UNTRACKED International Shipping is chosen by you.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if you chose a shipping option with tracking, which you can use to check your order status. Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unfortunately we are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
